The chips are automatically processed into briquettes. These are burnt in a computer-controlled kiln and the energy gained in the process is used to heat the drying plant. A sustainable energy cycle is created. This is how we keep CO2 emissions low. The high product quality also means that there are hardly any returns and thus less environmental pollution.

Our sustainable production cycle system
All wood dust produced during sawing and planing is extracted, filtered and pneumatically transported into a large storage tank. This not only ensures healthy and dust-free air for the employees, but this "waste" can also be recycled and reused for fuel.
Power generation is now also becoming sustainable: the roof of the hall is completely equipped with solar panels.
Solar modules are installed on the roof of the production hall to generate electricity.
In addition, we use the roof to collect rainwater for various production processes in a storage tank. The energy generated in this way is used to heat the drying plant for the wood. A sustainable energy cycle is created. We deliberately chose the proximity to Poland in order to keep the CO2 emissions from transport as low as possible.

FSC(TM) - Certification and AGORA
Together we switched to FSC(TM)-certified wood: Polish state forests are particularly suitable for this, as they have to be sustainably managed by law. Likewise, we no longer use simple cotton fabrics, but AGORA: one of the highest quality outdoor fabrics available in Europe (Spain) (particularly lightfast, hard-wearing and insensitive to moisture).

A small family business becomes a real factory buildingl
Despite the greatest commitment, these capacities are no longer sufficient. Production has so far been divided between different sheds. The small manufactory can no longer cover our needs. The old owners and founders step down. Krzysztof, the son who is still studying wood economics at this time, takes over. Together with a purchase guarantee and financing from AMAZONAS, a real factory building is constructed. A big risk for AMAZONAS and also for Krzystzof - but it pays off!
More and more precision machines move in, including CNC production machines. Adam, Krzysztof's father, takes care of them. Bogdan, the brother, takes over production planning and purchasing, so now the whole family is involved.
